Anna Simmons is an artist and music fan in the Portland scene. She is really into printmaking, illustration, and graphic design, and has loved having the opportunity to create so many posters for such awesome acts.

Awesome Possum will be coming to play at [A]venue twice this summer: first in late May as part of the second day of the Awkwardstock music festival, and then in August with Obama's Pajamas. We are dedicated to bringing you fun pop-rock songs with a thoughtful twist. Our sound has been called "reminiscent of Phantom Planet at their best" and "like a modern-day Buddy Holly."
